What’s the best way to contact you for quote or questions ?
Email. We understand you simply would want to give a call and request a quote but we cannot quote unless we receive your requirements in writing. This is simply to avoid any confusion or surprises for either of us. Use our quotation form or email us with as many details possible and we will respond at the earliest possible.
Do I need to order a minimum quantity ?
Not really but if its under 500 then it becomes very expensive. You pickup a quantity and we will quote for you.
Will you send us some kind of proof before sending for production?
Yes, you will receive an email proof of the front and reverse of your card with all the specifications. We will need your approval before we proceed with the production.
Can you help me in designing the card ?
Yes we can. Send us what you are looking for in the card with the creative assets and we will be happy to look into for you.
Why cant I provide a simple jpeg image for printing purposes ?
We need the artwork in Hi-Res to get the best printing result. Jpeg images tend to be low res hence we recommend Hi-Res pdf etc. Please refer to our card specs page https://cardprint.nz/card-specifications/
I am happy with your quote, what are the next steps ?
Email us your approval and we will move to the next stage.
Can I see a pre-production sample in addition to the email proof ?
Ofcourse you can, but this will mean extra cost and extra time.
Can you produce the plastic card in any size and shape ?
Pretty much. From plastic door hangers to small plastic drink tokens, we should be able to arrange pretty much anything, with or without any identification mechanism.
How does the costings work ?
Simple. Higher the quantity, cheaper it would be per unit. And the popular the size/dimensions, economical for us to get manufactured.
Which is the most popular size / thickness for Gift card or Loyalty / Rewards card?
Credit card size and thickness, also known as CR80. Easy to fit any wallet !
Our colours are very specific, so it needs to be exact, no compromise; possible ?
Yep, totally. Provide us with the Pantone colours with the artwork and we will print as per the colour provided. If you are extremely concerned about the colours then a good idea would be to get the pre-production samples. These come at a cost but totally worth it if you want the colours to be an exact match. But don’t forget the printing on plastic is always different to printing on paper, so there will always be a slight difference.

Do you only do cards or can also arrange the carriers where the card can fit in ?
We do both. We can provide you the carrier where the card would either be glue sticked or inserted in the slots. The card + carrier can be provided as a unit- affixed to each other.
